Contest Rules

1. You must use the images that are supplied.

2. You can use any other images that you wish as long as at least one image from the supplied ones is used.

3. You must follow the theme of the month.

4. You must have a valid working email address to enter and be willing to supply your home address should you win.

5. If you win first prize one month, you are not eligable for first prize the next month.

6. If there are not at least 4 entrants, no prizes will be given.

7. If there are more then 7 entrants, then second and third place prizes will be given as well.

8. We decide if your entry is considered artwork or not. (One image and lots of brushes and nothing else does NOT constitute artwork!)

9. If you use images other then the ones that are supplied, please let us know where you got them so that proper credit can be given.

10. All entries are able to be displayed on The Sailor Moon Pocky Box. They will never be used for profit and they will never be given out to another site. (That means if you see them on another site it is either because you gave them to another site, put them there yourself, or they were stolen from us.)

11. Respect the other entrants. If flames are shot and what not, you will be pulled from the contest.

12. We reserve the right to pull you or your entry for any reason at any time should a problem occur.

13. You must submit your entry via "Submit" link on the site. You will need to have the subject "Contest Entry". Anything else for a topic will result in your entry NOT being posted.

14. Your entries are now being judged on a points system. If you wish to see your score sheet after judging is finished, you are welcome to request it via email from Saturn at mimette@mypockybox.com

15. All entries are now required to have a signature. If you do not have a signature, you will be not be rejected, but you will automatically lose 10 points. That being said, keep in mind that having a signaturea guarantees you at least some points. You can use whatever pen name you like, but it must be an original pen name, or you have some proof to back up that it is yours.
