Layout & Design

Is the layout intuitive and easy to navigate? Is it compatible across all browsers and resolution? Is it aesthetically pleasing?

Eudial

Well, that is a VERY description title, I dare say. Leaves me wanting to know more. Yep Yep (*sarcasm*) Anywho, I am staring at the layout here. Hmmm, Its not bad, but its not good. Its not bad because everything has a place, and its well organized. By only problem with it is the obvious, its too black and white. And I mean that as literally as one can take it. There is NO color on this page...zero...zip...nada...nothing.

The layout is universal to each page, which is always a plus. And its not exactly hard on the eyes, in regards to color. (being there's none there) Psssst, your "Got Manga" section is dead. Figured they should know that.

Hmmm, thats pretty much it. Well, one other thing that is not worthy. I fail to see any credits or copyright information on this page. I highly recommend you do that with images and the like because one can get into quite a bit of trouble. I also would like to state that I have the impression that this site was made by someone who is very new to HTML. Despite that they are using geocities, the important interesting thing on this page is that they were able to use tables.

So, definitely not the best.

Written Content

Is there lots of written information? Are all profiles, back story, and other textual content accurate? Does the site offer fanfiction or other miscellaneous written content?

Viluy

I'm back and ready for action! *winks* Ok so for my first review back, I've got the written portion! So without further or due, let's get this party started!

The Shrine is a site dedicated to both Chibi Chibi and Princess Kakyuu. There's two places to check for information here, Chibi Chibi's Info and Princess Kakyuu's Info. Most of the information here, looks really good. However there are a few misspelled words and missing spaces between two words. Other than that, the information for Chibi Chibi looks like it's been put together rather well.

Next on the list is Princess Kakyuu, again everything looks pretty good here. However I would double check the spelling and grammer, because there are some issues with those here as well. Both portions seem to be just an overview of the characters and to some degree some spectulation to some information, as not all the information listed for Princess Kakyuu was really known from the anime, which is where both sets of information comes from.

I would say that, aside from the spelling and grammer issues, it looks ok for a small overview piece of information on the two characters. I would like to see a little but more on the site though, perhaps some information about the Stars seasons and perhaps some information based on the Manga as well.

Visual Content

What kind of visual content is offered? Is it efficiently organized and intuitively accessible? Are all visual media offered legally?

Ptilol

Media, eh?
Well, I have the power of Metallica and all their greed blasting from my speakers, and so I shall prevail!
There's barely anything here in way of media.
There are pictures that are organized nicely and all the ones I clicked worked. They're varying sizes and quality though, which leads jaded ol' me to believe she ganked them from other pages on the 'net.

The "Playroom" has sprites that we've all seen, and some weird random images.
And we have a selection of wallpapers which range from Sailormoon to Kurt Cobain. Oh, so this is one of those 'misunderstood', angsty Sailormoon fans. Gotcha.

Screw it, read the Witch below me.
