Is the layout intuitive and easy to navigate? Is it compatible across all browsers and resolution? Is it aesthetically pleasing?

*happy spaz* Yay! A fansite dedicated to Sailor Pluto. *glomps Pluto* Looovvee.....*looks up and blinks* Umm... excuse me for that.... I got carried away. On to the actually review....I've got layout duty today. The webperson has made this a "skinable" site with three choices. What seems to be the default choice upon first entering the site is a solid white background with an image of Pluto standing and holding her staff on the left side of the content box. The navigation is beneath the box and easy to read. The font is in dark blue outlined in black for the page title. The navigation links appear to be in black. Not bad for an attempt, but the white is too bright and hurts the eyes after looking at it for a little bit. The content box and image are off-center in a poor way. Move it a little to the lower right (so Pluto isn't bumping her head on the browser toolbar), and it would be much better. The second skin consists of a common image of Pluto in a black dress holding a wine glass. The background is a me-dark purple which matches the image. The page title is easy to read, however the navigation isn't. The font is far too small and nearly impossible to read. I almost had to squint to read it. Not good.The third skin is quite possibly the worst. Black background, with blood red text. While the page title and navigation text are easier to read, the content text is almost impossible. The images at the top are ok. There are four in total. One each of Sailor Pluto in anime and manga form. And each of Setsuna in anime and manga form. Both have been oddly colored with hues of red that just don't look right. The webperson might benefit from some graphics tips. You can tell that they were trying, but it's just not enough.

Is there lots of written information? Are all profiles, back story, and other textual content accurate? Does the site offer fanfiction or other miscellaneous written content?

This site owner seems to have good grammar and spelling skills! Yay! I don't see any typos (maybe I'm not looking hard enough?), which is definitely a huge plus! I won't comment on every section of written content here, but only the ones for which I have something important to say.

About: What is Temporal Solitaire?
This says that the fanlisting "is for the character in all series, including the anime, manga, and musicals..." This really should say continuums (or continua) rather than series, because Sailor Moon itself is the series. The anime, manga, and musicals are all just different variations of the same series. I'd also like to point out that "Sailor Star Pluto" is NOT a character, nor is it one of Sailor Pluto's forms. I believe you're thinking about her final uniform in the manga. Despite the fact that her uniform DOES change, she is always known only as "Sailor Pluto." In the manga, there is not even mention of "Super Sailor Pluto" - she's just "Sailor Pluto."

About: Who is Sailor Pluto/Meioh Setsuna?
Just a technicality here. I don't think I'd say that Setsuna has the "duty" of guiding and protecting ChibiUsa. It wasn't a duty that was assigned to her, such as her role as guardian of Space-Time. It's more of a responsibility that she willingly took on.

To be more specific, Setsuna's favorite food is green tea, not just tea in general.

You say that Setsuna's surname is often translated as "Meiou" or "Meioh," but it is really being transliterated.

What kind of visual content is offered? Is it efficiently organized and intuitively accessible? Are all visual media offered legally?

This is a fanlisting, so I dont think there are alot of media files here. So, I will judge my section on pictures and such. Ok, lets get started.

The picture on the main page is a set of 4 small shots of Pluto/Setsuna. The colors of the pictures match up with the text and background. While I think the color of the text is poor, thats not my place. lol.

I do have a choice to change the skins, but none are really desirable for me.

Ok, some graphics here. Not many, and they consist of buttons and banners for linking to this site. There are a pretty good amount of graphics for you to use. Variety is a very important thing, and there are a lot to choose from. However, there aren't any buttons or banners in the 88 x 31 section. I say, if you dont have any right now, then just dont put that section in. >.>

Meh...there's not much media here, but as i said eariler, that is to be expected.
