Wow! One day and TWO Myu sites. Myu is love I tell ya!

I gotta admit I was a bit blown away when I clicked the "Cast" link. This is a VERY good reference guide and I am just blinking at it.

The Profiles are just as wowing. Every link I clicked on worked. However I didn't click on ALL of them, but I am willing to bet that they work. The Profiles aren't extensive but they are well presented. My only complaint about them is that the text is quite small and a bit hard to read.

Omake is interesting to say the least. I am sure that there was a time when more is here or an intent to put more here, but there isn't anything other then wallpapers currently. I hope to see this section grow.

The Links page was doing well until I saw a link to "Sailor Jamboree". That killed it for me. Now I will promptly go take a full bottle of Ipecac to induce vomiting.

I am not exactly sure what the Misc section is supposed to be or what is supposed to be here, but there really isn't anything.

This site is alright but it needs some work in some of the later sections. I would like to see those fleshed out a bit with less a link to a cosplay group that derives their fame from the costuming work of others.

First warning: I don't do Myu. Heck, I can't even get my word processor to stop auto-correcting it to "my." I don't know the plots, I don't know the actors, I don't know the songs, except for Sailor War and La Soldier. So going into this page is something new for me. First, in layout, there's a vast expanse of white on the right side, and the content is on a white background. Our old Pluto would have given this a very high White Space score (or a very low one, I could never figure out her methodology). A nice picture of a Myu-source Sailor Moon graces the top, and that's my major fascination with the musicals-seeing the characters anew as rendered by different actresses. Actually, seeing cute young Japanese actresses in what is essentially cosplay is a hobby of mine completely divorced from Sailor Moon, but I'm staying professional here.

First up is the news page where most of the images are. . . down? My browser keeps trying to access the images site again and again with no luck. Weird. Anyway, all the news seems to be is information on new CDs and such. I don't know if they keep abreast of the schedules of the musicals or whatever, but as the updates are recent, it's probably as good a source as you're wont to find.

The cast page is a good reference page, as these musicals have gone through more cast changes than the Law and Order shows. Plus almost all of them have a revised edition. Some of the titles are just weird.

Profiles are next, and thank Serenity they're actor profiles, not senshi profiles. This is what it's all about, cute babes (and a few guys) in gaudy, colorful costumes. I guess when you're a deep fan of the musicals with preferred people in different parts, this is a nice reference, or some behind-the-scenes information, but to me it's just a chance to compare looks.

A products page is good for those who want to go legit and buy some merchandise. No DVD info is up yet, but I don't even know if such things exist. The merchandise is a) ridiculously overpriced (for Americans, could be normal for the Japanese) and b) almost certainly not in any kind of English. And there's no for sale links yet, so this is strictly informational.

The Omake section contains wallpapers and . . . wallpapers. There is a page for AMVs, but there's only one and it's down. But the walls are another chance to see the cast. Good layering on these, though the text and the images themselves aren't so hot. The image part I blame on a dearth of good selections to choose from, but the text . . . I don't need the word "desktop" on my desktop, that's all I'm gonna say.

And that's about it. A links page may yield some additional information (but I'm not reviewing those, so you're on your own) and there is a credit for the layout image. So no site stuff or interactivity, and were this an anime page, I'd probably lambaste it. But in the world of Myu, good pages are not a dime a dozen, so give this one a good look.

Layout-Simple yet effective. An Iframe layout and it's nice but I think the Iframe is a bit too small. There's a rather large gap to the right. True there's a pink border on top, but it's still noticable. There are links to the right it's very easy to navigate-if you have trouble, I feel sorry for you. @__@

Content-sera*NOVA is a SeraMyu site that offers viewers information on the Myus-past and present. There are some images of the cast members as well as a Products page (minus DVDs). There was multimedia videos but were taken down (most likely because of bandwidth issues-or I could be wrong. ^.^) Not much is offered to keep visitors coming back over and over. I suggest music content if hosting videos is a problem or an image gallary. Something is better then nothing, ne?!

Background/text-White with a touch of pink. This works well with the main image on top (which happens to be Marina!). The text is black so nothing to highlight and I don't have to squint my eyes in order to view what's here. Simple.

Overall Opinion-It's a nice, "quiet" site that has potential. Some images didn't show up so hopefully the webmistress can fix those. Another thing that is off is the Iframe deminsions. Too much blank space to the right-as this may not bug most, I still think it could be taken care of. Other then that I think more media content is needed. There's nothing really here to keep visitors staying or come back. I really believe that people visit a site if it A) has LOTS of information that's accurrate, B) Media galore! That's what really keeps a site alive. I hope to see more from this site in the near future!

Pluto

seraNOVA...well, the display, itself, is rather strange. It seems to prolly work better on 800 x 600 resolution, so what i'd suggest is making a splash page indicating what this site works best with.

the updates are a little chaotic, and everything is sorta pushes together, so it makes the updates hard to read. I suggest double spacing. the navigation is easy to read, and is seperated by seven different parts; news, cast, profiles, omake, links, and misc.

ok, news. we got a few broken link piccys here and it appears to be news about current merchandise coming out.

Cast is simply the names of the cast that star in each Sera Myu. They all work well, but the creator has trouble spelling the Shitennou's names. Here they are: Jadeite, Nephrite, Zoisite, and Kunzite.

Profiles are really tiny information bout the actors/actresses along with which plays they are in. There's no info bout Tuxedo Kamen actors and lots of the other characters do not have any links to them.

Products...no dvds, just videos and CDs. One thing I'd suggest, provide a link as to where we can buy this stuff.

Omake, a few wallpapers and a MV that is currently offline...

ok, ummm. i dunno...this site is kinda bland to me. Not bad, but there's nothing that really makes me go WOW!
