Ahh Layout. I love doing layout because it is by far the easiest thing for me to review.

This one is starting out interestingly with a splash page that has a banner add up top and a splash image below it featuring the "original sailor suits" from the materials collection. I never liked those outfits but it works for this banner.

More banner ads. This one promising me a crappy Motorola Razr Cell Phone if I can guess the rapper. Joy.

This page has pretty much the exactly same image but with some geometric shapes and the name of the site on it. There is an iframe below that I am guessing doubles as navigation. This is all set down the center of the page. Frankly, I am not really impressed.... at all. This site takes the meaning of "white space" to a whole new meaning.

I clicked the first link in the navigation and it tells me about the "animation" but doesn't give me much information about the series just about the animation as a whole and how it became popular. Also for it being the "animation" section, there is a poorly scanned image of a poster that has nothing to do with the animation.... Once again, white background, black text, everything centered and one image. It doesn't make for me wanting to read through this....

Sadly, this seems to be the layout concept for the whole site. It is just TOO tasteless. I mean vanilla has more flavor than this....

And even worse, some sections that are on the navigation aren't linked and the ones that are... well they are the same things I can find on much better sites than this.

Sorry author, but you have fallen incredibly short on this round.

I would like to note one thing that truly bugged me though. The credits section. It is great that there IS one, but unfortunately for this person, I am pissed at them. They put the buttons up for the site, the put the name of the site, but NOWHERE are there links or addresses to the site! Not all sites come up on Google in the first 20 pages. This is an injustice to the sites that this person got things from. For that alone, I stamp your site bad no matter where the other staff members might vote for it to be.

...Yes. Very interesting name. Let's just jump right to this, shall we? Ok, layout, well, we got an obnoxious add on the top of the page. That doesn't make me too happy as its the ONLY eyecatching thing on the page. This thing needs to die like right now.

First thing's first, this page is too white. There's no color to it at all, just the senshi are partially colored in, but thats soooooo not enough. And the fact that the only color on the main page is the ad, well, you can see my point as to why its got to die.

Im currently clicking away on the navigation to make sure that the pages are uniform. They are not the same as the main page, however, they arte fairly similiar to each other. Once again, no true colors for the background.

I just dont feel too happy with this site. Its not very pleasing and incredibly dull. Meh, please try to add a bit more spice to the site. Its bad when the ads are more eyecatching then the actual site.

Ok, written, this should be very interesting as judging from the site, it doesn't look very professional. So, I'm not really expecting much here. As I click on "Anime, Manga, and PGSM," its just a very brief description of each and when there were published or produced. I was half expecting a small summary, but I found something useless instead. Heh.

Ok, we got ourselves the gerenic "ykwywtmsm" section. This thing is bloody everywhere. So much so that when I see it as a section, i roll my eyes. I dare say...the reasons in this section are extremely short and quite weak. However, they were original, which is more then what i usually see. So, I won't bash this part on account of that.

Mythology...doesn't exist...how kind. The Sailor Profiles, turns out, the only one filled in is Usagi's. Well, this person is making my life really easy. The villians section is really sad. Its just an extremely small description of Queen Beryl. Not to mention, the same picture is used 3 times. What the hell...

Ok, im done with this. U fail.

Ok, media, lets see what we got here. As I quickly scanned through the site, I noticed that none of the pictures were broken, which is definitely a plus. I'm going to jump down to the gallery because I fail to see any form of videos or self-made quizzes or games at all. So, to the gallery I go.

Well, they were right that the gallery is quite small. there's only about 50 images total. Well, one thing thats pissing me off is that everytime I hit the back button, I get an annoying popup. And for some reason, after I kill the pop-up, the page won't load. First off, i hate pop-ups period, but when it interferes with me doing my review, I get even more aggravated.

A plus once again is that the gallery pictures work, so thats good. However, you need more forms of media on this site. A small gallery just doesn't cut it.

Cyprine

The first part this site that contains media is the "Sprites and Dolls" section. Some of these sprites are very cute, but the section does not give credit for the fact that these sprites are taken and reposted from other sites. Some include copyright watermarks over them, but the webmaster doesn't acknowledge that. Ultimately, though this section contains several well-done dolls, the section should offer dolls made by the webmaster or include some text that talks about proper crediting and sources.

The Mythology section contains nothing but a blank page.

The site links to a Bravenet photo album through the "Gallery" link, which contains several manga scans, again uncredited. It looks like the webmaster just raided a site that offers manga scans and re-posted them without permission. Not to mention that it's bad taste and annoying to use these freebie photo albums as part of your site, especially if the colours and layout design for your album don't match the rest of your site layout.

Next we've got a graphics section, which again is shamelessly reposted graphic work from other sites. Here, there are three 'enter' graphics and some avatars. Not to mention that the reposted graphics aren't even that great -- the PGSM one is completely illegible. Not that I'm advocating stealing from other sites, but if you're going to repost, at the VERY least, why not choose images that are at least breathtaking.

The fanart section contains a fanart of Sailor Pluto. It's actually not too bad, but that doesn't make up for the fact that the section is basically non-existent.

The site has an award section, with some not so terrible award graphics. However, a word to the wise, if you plan on posting your award graphics, either watermark them or make them really too tiny to steal, because if I really wanted to, I could steal those images, add my name, and claim to have won them legitimately. Also, there is no indication that anyone has ever won these awards; webmasters need to learn that you need to reach a certain status of cool before you can offer awards to others.

The final media section is the "Stuff for you" section, which... okay, I don't know what this section is supposed to offer, but it has the title "fun quotes" and includes some images with some random taglines written on them. However, in fact, only one loaded for me.

This site's Media offerings are basically insubstantial. The webmaster makes some feeble attempts at offering Media, but none of the sections are comprehensive, interesting or unique. Sorry, try again.
