Tellu

Ok, this site is in MAJOR need of an emergency layout revamp! But first things first... TRIPOD?! The ads are killing me here. There are so many free web space providers (AND a lot of domains giving out space) with WAY fewer ads. Or none at all. Yikes.

So, moving on. This layout needs lots of help! First of all, a background would be great - there's too much white space here. Second, while the colored manga picture is good in THEORY, it doesn't seem to be working in PRACTICE. The picture itself isn't very good quality, and the colors just seem washed out to me. Besides that, it cuts off abruptly around the edges, which is a big no-no unless there's some kind of border or fade effect.

The main page is the only page that really has a layout. All of the other pages are just text with a picture or two added in. Totally boring... this page needs to be spiced up! Mostly, I'd like to see a lot more color here... give me something to look at!

Ah, a site dedicated to Usagi's mother. Indeed, you don't see many sites about her. I am excited that I get to see something different from the norm. I am in charge of written so I shall very much enjoy reading up the information on this site.

The information on Ikuko is decent. There isn't a whole lot of description about her. Just some reflection from the first episode and shows a little bit of her personality. The information in her little section, and the descriptions of her relatives (Shingo, Usagi, Kenji, etc) are accurate as well. As I said, there isn't a lot of description of each character, but there is just enough ot get the point across.

Appearance is very bland. They just took two pictures and pointed the obvious; that she has purple hair, maroon eyes, wears a skirt, etc. Nothing really special here at all.

One thing that I think should be included in this site are the episodes where Ikuko makes an appearance. She doesn't get a whole lot of airtime, so I think its wise to add this small section in there. Just a tip.

Overall, not bad. Could be better, but its not horrible.

And here's your second dose of Tellu for this week! There's not a whole lot of multimedia on this page, but I can't really count that against the website because there just aren't too many pictures of Ikuko out there! So I definitely applaud the effort, trying to gather so many pictures of such a minor character in one place. Way to go! That said, my one big complaint about this page is that the pictures don't seem to be very good quality. The manga pictures are often blurry or faded. The anime pictures are pretty grainy and small. So while I think it's great that the webmaster has collected so many pics of Ikuko (since she's a REALLY minor character), I think they could be better quality.
