The first thing I read when I got to this site was a disclaimer about the layout. As much as that is nice, it isn't going to make me any less hard on this site than I normally am.

Well this layout isn't as bad as I had thought it was by the disclaimer, but by far the main image used is WAY too grainy and low quality. The text used is blurry and the solid black background is fine.... if Serenity's pigtail wasn't so chopped off at the edge... Maybe her pigtail is leaking black ink all over the page and that is why it is like that... I think I will refer to her as a squid for a while now...

Annoying aspects of this layout include that when you click on ANY link, the entire page reloads.... meaning I have to completely scroll down again which is NOT fun when there is a scrolling frame in the middle of the page..... Even more annoying is that certain links lead to a completely different layout in general that is not consistent or pleasing to the eye. Needless to say, I am not impressed....

I wish I could say that I stamp this with at least a "bland" stamp for something of approval, but as it stands, this one has my vote for going into the "Bad" column. Hopefully that disclaimer about getting a new layout on the splash page will prove to be true in the future, but for now....yeah... you know what I think.

*begin rant* What is it with people using tiny text. It really wouldn't hurt to have the size at 2 or maybe even 3 so I don't have to pull out the magnifying glass. *end rant*

Now on to the actual useful bits.

First up is a shrine dedicated to Usagi in her various forms. The info is the same you can find virtually anywhere. However, I appreciate the indepthness of it. It's not just a bare bones description of Usagi/Serenity/Neo-Queen/etc. Also covered is the love story between Usagi and Mamo-chan.

"Read the Manga" has no real content currently. Just some (soon-to-be?)text links for different volumes.

The Mythology section is more extensive than I've seen on many sites. A short description is included on many mythological figures that seem to have played some part in the series. For example:

[i]Endymion: This was a handsome mortal shepard who captured the heart of selene, the moon goddess. She would visit him in his sleep and had 50 daughters with him. From this point, it gets a bit confusing, Either Selene put him to sleep for eternity so that she could keep him forever -OR- Zeus put him to sleep as punishment for falling in love with Hera.[/i]

The myth behind the "rabbit of the moon" is interesting. I've heard that the Japanese see a rabbit making mochi instead of the man in the moon that Americans see, but I didn't really know much more than that.

Overall, I have no compaints other than first stated. There aren't any gramatical errors or spelling issues that would cause me to beat my head against the wall. Webperson, you get a box of kudo's for content creativity.

HELLO EVERYONE!!!! It feels sooooo good to be back, and working again. Hiatus was well earned, however, I missed reviewing and such. Lets see, my job today is media, so as always, I shall be reviewing pictures, music, videos, and other forms of media.

Lets see, the main page has your standard manga picure of Mamoru and Serenity. Its a pleasing picture, and it goes rather well with the rest of the sight. After flipping through this site, in a vain effort to find media, I have finally found a manga gallery.

I'm not 100% sure why, but whenever I click on a character's gallery, a pop up of the gallery appears, and then page also turns into the gallery. My gosh, do you have any idea how annoying that is? Please, under all circumstances, fix this issue.
