Saturn

Alright as a Venus and Zoi fan (I run a fansite for each of them) I am a bit disappointed upon first appearance of this site. The biggest thing that bothers me is that they mispelled Zoisite's name. It is ZoiSITE, not ZoiCITE. He is named after the stone, not the dic dub. I feel the main image is too large. I understand that you wanted to show something, but it just doesn't work. It is WAY too big and would have looked better with some sort of border. It has what I have come to call "rough edges" meaning that the image is just an image rather then much of a layout. Plus it is overly large so I have about 2 inches of space below it where the content start. I don't like pages that are set up like this, but I will go through it and try to find the rest of the page. I am hoping for better.

This "About" page has me a bit confused here. It starts with information about them, and then it goes on to "About PGSM" and then "Recommended PGSM Sites" (including Serecindra's Sailor Moon Live which I highly DO NOT recommend if you want to keep your eye sight), and then "About Fanlistings".

Next on the Navigation is "Rules". Alright, the rules are short and sweet. Very simplistic and easy to follow, however I have to wonder about the ever lurking moron out there that will take these rules and not follow some common courtesy with them.....

Uhm, I clicked on "Codes" and there are no codes. Just some link buttons/banners. It says to link to them, but for a category in your navigation that says "Codes" I expect to see some codes and there are none. Maybe a different label for that category would have been a better idea.

The "Join" and "Members" categories are rather straight forward, but when I clicked on "Extra" I find myself rather disappointed. I feel that this could have been in the navigation to create more of a content for the site. This contains all the things that you would normally find on a site as images, manips, wallpapers (very bad ones I have to admit... sorry), but really this shouldn't be just "extras" but I would think more of the sites content because this site thus far is really lacking.

Then there is the ever present "Home" link....

You know, I have to admit I had high hopes for this site. As much as it is soft on the eyes for the most part, it isn't that well put together. I am putting it in the new category for now ("The Bland") as it didn't do anything for me at all. Frankly it isn't a site that I would find myself visiting often more so then to see if it has gotten better.

I can say that about the biggest positive for this site for me is that it is supposed to be based off of my two favorite PGSM characters to date and that it appears to be hand coded. I really would like to see this site a bit spiffed up and to progress a bit more.

Uranus

This is a pretty niched site, dedicated only to the Minako-Zoicite PGSM pairing, which didn't exactly last that long. And neither does this site. It's mostly here for people who like the pairing to sign up and be counted by each other. One of the interesting characteristics of the Internet is that it's really a writers' market, and sites like this where you simply put your name and website down to be a part of it are quite useful. I'm sure all the members like the fact simply that it exists. So the question is, will site viewers like that fact?

For site design, it's very modern and clean. Monochrome title picture that says what the site is. That's a good thing and a fine way to open any site, especially if you're not a layout expert. Menu on the left, pics where applicable are thumbnailed. Most of what's on the menu concerns members and people who want to be members. A few other things are listed under the heading "extra."

The extra stuff is fanart, fanfics, AMVs, wallpapers, icons, signature banners, and links None of those subcategories has too much in it, but the site is young. However, for the walls and icons, I'm going to declare the Golden Rule of PGSM Graphic Making: edit out the clock. Until the DVD versions of the acts are released, graphic makers are either going to have to do some painstaking covering, or some judicious cropping, because no one wants a big "7:55" on their wallpaper.

So it's another small site with a potentially bright future. We need lots of little seeds for some to germinate into flowers. If you like Zoi/Minako, go and sign up. Be counted.

Neptune

A pretty fanlisting for Minako and Zoicite pairing. Again done by the lovely Donut! The layout itself is better then others but I think the main image could of been blended into the background seeing how they're two different colors. But I still like it. ^_^

MV's: There's only two right now but I'm sure there will be plenty more in time. Again I don't want to kill Donuts' bandwidth so I won't download the MVs.

The other links show pretty graphics made by other people and the like. Nicely done again.

Overall Opinion: A lovely site worth viewing and/or joining. The only thing I see that could of been done a bit better was the main image but hey I'm not complaining all that much. I still love the site! *Waves her Donut-chan flags*

Alrightty! Hello everyone. Let’s see what we got today.

Hmmm, “Silver and Gold: The Zoicite + Venus fan listing.” Sounds cute. I’m sorry, but I am anal like this so I have to say. Its spelt Zoisite. There isn’t a “ce” in the Japanese alphabet. Its no big deal because I see many people make that mistake, but just wanted to let you know.

Subtle background color, and the Venus/Zoi picture goes with it so its pleasing to the eyes. Ok, a brief introduction about the site and some updates. Navigation is located on the left. That’s good, its nice and convenient. All is looking good so far.

::clicks on “about”:: Alright, a little paragraph about the two characters. My one suggestion is that for this sentence, “Yet, it also seemed that the two shared a bond that went much deeper than either of them would have wanted to admit,” you may want to elaborate more. I never quite saw a connection between the two characters. So, you should explain more just so you can get people like myself to see your perspective on it. Ok, next part, a brief history of Sailor Moon. It looks good; brief and concise. As for the recommended sites, I’d just suggest making a separate section for them. It will be easier for people to find them.

The “Codes” and “Join” sections are rather self-explanatory, I believe.

Oooooo, Extras!! Lets see! ::clicks in:: The Wallpaper of Zoisite looks nice, its just that clock is annoying. It sorta takes away from the wallpaper itself.

Alright!!! Well, I really have nothing bad to say about this site: pleasing to the eyes, concise, and easy to get around.
