SeraMyu Antics...Awesome. A seramyu fansite. Well, the background of themain page is white, no problems there. it also displays a charming picturepf the actresses that play the Sailor Senshi. it is seperated into mulitple parts including photoshoots, multimedia, discussions, dedications, etc.

In photoshoot, there are LOTS of pictures and screenshots of the differentpeople who have played the characters over the years. I will say, I am impressedwith the amount of pictures/screenshots. And its all in working order. Thats a big bonus in my book.

The multimedia section is 100% music files. What I think is a good move on the creator'spart was that they put a poll on what kind of music people want to see up on the site. Its always good to get some feedback.

The vault is simply dates of when Sera Myu will be playing, and it always shows how many different actors/actresses. And it shows how many years some specific performers have beendoing their roles. One has been doing for 10.5 years! Wow! Go them!

Musical Sugar shows a brief description of the omakes (or bonuses), music collections, and fan guides.

Fun w/ Myu consists on things such as polls, fanfics, fanart, comics, nickname guide, etc, etc. This is pretty generic for a fansite, so nothing really special here.

takagi nao are screenshots of book scans, costume gallery, and other piccys from the musical.discussions, well, the name of it is pretty self-explanotory.

Distribution is where we can order the Sera Myu musicals. (I beleive they are VHS, but im nottoo sure)

Ok, dedication, is simply props to the webmistress. And links are few sites of sailor moon, either in english or japanese.

Alright, all and all, I really enjoyed viewing this site. keep up the good work.

Saturn

SeraMyu Antics. Now I happen to be a fan of this site and have spoken to the webmistress on multiple occassions. This is also the nice author that allowed us to use images for our Myu contest that we had a couple of months ago. However, this does NOT reflect my review in any way and in fact just makes it even easier for me to review as I know most aspects of this site.

The main page layout is very easy on the eyes and navigation is a breeze. However there IS a drawback. The categories aren't labeled in the easiest manner. Usually you are used to seeing the standard "gallery", "site", "updates". On this site, you won't see things labeled in this manner. For instance, "gallery" is labeled "photoshoot". Whereas I appreciate originality, this makes it hard on some of the people that might be new to this site. However, some exploration is always a good thing and I encourage you to view this site.

This site is one of those sites that you could dig through for a long time and still never find light because the tunnel doesn't end. However this is a good tunnel as there is infinite content and more seeming to be added periodically. However this site DOES tend to cater to the seasoned Myu watcher (of which I am one).

If you are not a seasoned Myu watcher, this site might lose you a bit, but give it a chance and I am sure you will be addicted to glittery costumes and cuteness along with lots of music in no time.

Uranus

Ah, Myu. This little guy from Zelda II was pretty annoying, but once you learned the downward thrust . . . huh? Oh, Sera Myu! Well, that's a horse of a different (garish) color! Let's take a look.

The menu layout is a cute, Family Feud-style oval with a full contingent of senshi within. I don't know why Saturn is smiling, though. Out of character, I think. And damn, but some of those wigs look like they've been soaking in Easter Egg coloring solution for a while.

The photo gallery is first, and there's the minor inconvenience of not having a separate menu on every page, either in a frame or on its own. But you can't have everything. I also question the use of an anime picture as a filler graphic. If it's about Myu, let's stick to Myu. Once you do get in (the group pictures section is the richest vein), there's a good supply of pictures. Again, everyone seems to be smiling all the time, even villains. Do the actors get Prozac before they go on stage or something? Oh, be careful, because I missed this: that filler graphic is actually the link menu to the individual senshi galleries. And thumbnails would have been appreciated, rather than just links with the senshi's name, or "out of costume" to guide you. Some nice pics of a young Kawabe Chieco here. She has certainly bloomed into the full flower of womanhood since.

The multimedia page has MP3s. The links work. That's enough for me. This kind of thing is marked on a pass/fail basis, because there's really not a lot you can do to jazz them up. One nice gesture is the inclusion of a poll to guide future rotations.

Then there's The Vault, which is like a reference and information section. The problem is it doesn't deal with the simple stuff like anime pages do; it seems geared toward those who are already Myu-lovers. But if you need to know which show a song came from, here you go.

A page for the video omake and similar extras is called Musical Sugar. Again, great stuff if you're an advanced viewer. Of more interest is the fun section, with a You Know You Love Too Much page, always a bonus, and a comparison of Beryl and Galaxia, a la Kirk vs. Picard. And some funny captioned screenshots.

This is a pretty deep page with some stuff I didn't even have time for, like a whole gallery dedicated to one of the Uranuses (Urani? I am Sailor Uranus and even I don't know), but my enthusiasm isn't as high as it could be because I don't know the musicals. However, it's pages like this that will get me to become a fan. Somebody sub them, already!

Neptune

Ah, SeraMyu Antics...this is a top notch site to say the least. A beautiful layout featuringthe most recent cast members (minus Tuxie and maybe ChibiMoon---that darn kid keeps changing!). The navigation is really simple and everything flows like clock work. Speaking of which let's review the layout!

Layout-Main page has the links inside an oval shape with the cast members on either side. Onceclicked on the layout does change but it doesn't hurt the site like some others...I clicked on 'Photoshootand I'm taken to an image of all the "inners" standing next to each other. When you click on a characteryou are taken to that characters' gallary. Please know that the gallaries are of the SeraMyu Actress's inand out of costume! Don't think you'll find Anime versions here. This is strictly SeraMyu! *ahem*

The layout changes for each link you click on from the main page. Again, I would like to say that I don'tthink this hurts the site. The author knows how to make it work-easy navigation and nothing blinding! Good jobthere! There's also a "home" link on every page so you don't have to click on the back button a hundredtimes just to get back to the main page. Another good move. Let's move on to the content this site offers!

Content-I'm currently viewing Sailor Saturn's gallary and it is impressive for what the webmistress was ableto scan (yes every picture is scanned by her unless she says otherwise). Every actress who's played Sailor Saturnis listed here with name and photos. ^_^ I like what I see here! The same goes to the other actresses/actors ofeach musical.

There's also a multimedia page which offers MP3s which do include the Karaoke tracks! I don't see any video clipsso maybe if the webmistress can, upload a clip or two when she rotates the music? Just a thought. I would also like to point out that Pluto's hand is missing which makes the page a little akward to look at. Or it could be how she was posing...

The Vault-This offers the viewers some interesting tidbits. Wanna know who was in the Myu the longest? Wannaknow who was the longest running Moon actress? Well 'The Vault' gives mini details to these burning questions insideyour head! I like the tables used for this as it keeps things organized and again, there's the 'home' link at the bottom so no need for me to click the back button. Thanks!

Musical Sugar-A page that lists the Omakes, FanKans, and Video Guides done while the Myus were running. Thewebmistress gives details about (almost) each special done with screencaps to follow. (I believe the only special that has screencaps is the 10th Anniversary...hehehe).

Fun with Myu-Just as the name suggests! My favorite thing on this site HAS to be the 'Silly Screenshots'. OMG!LOL! You guys have to read what she has on here. So true I think. *snirks*. Other things this section offers a 'YKYLSMTMW','Myu Comics' (this is the authors original concept!), 'SeraMyu Christmas CD' (another original concept), 'Polls' and more!Worth checking out!

Overall Opinion-The site offers much more like the webmistress's collection-and is it big! There's also links to whereyou can find/buy Myu items and other tidbits. You really need to take some time to view everything on here. I can only suggesta video clip to cease some fans "hungers". LOL! Other then that this is a great site to visit and I hope you guys do!
