Layout & Design Is the layout intuitive and easy to navigate? Is it compatible across all browsers and resolution? Is it aesthetically pleasing? |
EudialLayout, lets see what we got. Well, this looks like a simple layout on the main page. White background, black text, banner on the top, and [very] simple naviagation on the right side. This is strictly a fanlisting site, so we'll see what we have. Well, they let you change your skin, which is kind of cool. Im not a Moon lover, so I chose my favorite. (Pluto) Though the layout is rather simple, its still fairly decent. The creator kept the style universal to each page, like is VERY important. i hate to see a website which has a new layout on every different page. Thats the one way to drive Eudial crazy and bonkers. I dare say though, since there isn't really much in the layout department of this site, there is little for me to comment on. They followed all the importances of having a decent layout, but I dare say they are lacking in creativity. A white background/black text is fine, but its not as eye catching as a site with colors. Just a tip for you. |

Written Content Is there lots of written information? Are all profiles, back story, and other textual content accurate? Does the site offer fanfiction or other miscellaneous written content? |
ViluyI think I know who's site this is, and it's very well written, but it's still a fanlisting. There would be more information than this if it were a regular site, rather than a fanlisting. It does very well, though, at setting out the main characters, their details etc. There are no spelling mistakes (thank you, webmistress :)) and almost no grammatical errors. The one that there is, it's almost impossible to re-write the sentence and have it come out any better so I've just left it as it is. The site has all the correct information (finally, a webmistress who knows what she's talking about) and has other interesting stuff as well, which helps to make it just that bit more than a fanlisting, but just slightly less than a fansite. To make it that much more smashing, you could add a bit more information, and possibly more characters, like Tuxedo Kamen and the villains etc. but it does well the way it is too. There's a lot of potential for this site, and I'd like to see it keep going and get more and more content. |

Visual Content What kind of visual content is offered? Is it efficiently organized and intuitively accessible? Are all visual media offered legally? |

Overall How does the site flow, overall? What are the wholistic impressions the viewer gets from the site? |
PtilolOk, so this is a fanlisting site. Not a whole lot of goodies such as galleries or profiles or whatnot. It mainly just lists a ton of people from around the world who are fans of Sailor Moon. The "change skin" link is kind of neat. You can choose which character to have in the banner at the top of each page (it's the same one on all pages unless you choose something else). There's a skin for every senshi. The section titled "Anime" has bits on the story, characters (A small image and their names from the Japanese and English versions, and the name meanings), a very small thumbnail gallery, and a few avatars. There's a list of various Sailor Moon related sites and also a lot of affiliates. Some awards and of course the credits. Overall, I think it's set up well. Navigation is simple and everything works (except for a couple of the linked sites). Just don't come here looking for extensive information on the characters or show. |
