This site has two major strikes against it from the start. The first is the crappy backgrounds. They're horribly tiled pictures that stand out far too much. I mean, what is that on the home page? Upside-down hearts? Cherry blossoms? Pink spleens? Whatever they are they get in the way of the text. Then there's the page designed to look like a yellow legal pad. Not what I want to see in a site. Also, in most cases after you've clicked a link and come back, it's changed to the same color as the background, so it's impossible to see.

The other black mark against it is its constant dub favor. The site essentially is about the dub, but there's a while section on the original, so it's not as if the author hasn't seen it. This is in my opinion the only excuse for centering a page around the dub. At times, this reaches the point of being apologistic, as when it says, "As you would figure, the names you hear in the North American series aren't necessarily the same names originally used." I would not figure that, unless my mentality were such that I believed Japanese shows need to be dumbed down for an American audience. Which it is not. It also doesn't help that the site's primary link for information about the original is one I took to task for being overly concerned with the dub.

Disregarding that, the site has its head screwed on right. The senshi profiles don't contain too much bad information, and are written decently. Nitpick: Venus, not Mars, would be considered second-in-command of the inner senshi. The information about the original and the brief introduction to Japanese culture in general are the most fun parts of the site to read.

The revealing part of the site comes in the awards page. Most of the awards are dated from 1997-1999, with a few more from 2001. Which means the site was operated when Sailor Moon was big on North American television. The author seems fairly astute as regards DVD releases and such, just uninterested in the inherent superiority of the original.

The site's self proclaimed highlight is a series of transcripts of the NA dub episodes. What's really annoying is that they're in .pdf form. Also, they have no stage directions or scene indicators, so it's more like stenography work than a true transcript. They show a lot of effort, but I don't see what use they would be.

In the end, it's best to write this site off as a magnificent anachronism, built for a time when the Sailor Moon world consisted of people watching USA or Cartoon Network. Today, when Sailor Moon's home is the Internet, it's pages like this that clutter it up. One Good Thing is that in the tradition of that era's pages, it's not very graphic-intensive, being designed for an era of dial-up.

Um WTF? What is this? Is this really a Sailor Moon site or just a "content" thrown together? GAH! The site has music playing in the background. No no no no! People please don't have background music going as many people, including myself, hate it! *breathes in and out* Ok lets review what we have.

Layout-No layout what so ever. On top we have the main portion of the site and below that are two frame sets that have no place on the site. The site is hosted on "internet trash" and this site is right where it belongs if you ask me. *gasp* Neptune said something mean! Don't be too shocked. I save that for the worst sites out there. Anyways if you scroll (the main top frame) down you will be given links. Let's see what kind of content this site has to offer.

Content-Ok so the author offers transcripts of the Anime series in pdf format (you'll need Adobe to view any of them) but I will not download these as I have no use for them. I know what is being said. Other things offered are lyrics (more then likely the author typed them by reading the lyrics from the CD Booklet but that's just me), OH!!!!! I.E Just died. AND I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF DOWNLOADING AN IMPORTANT UPDATE! GAH! Thanks a lot site. Well I won't be clicking on anymore links as I don't want to risk anything. I advise you guys to not click on "Where to get Home Videos" as that is what killed IE. Not sure of any other browser but that's just a warning.

Overall Opinion-If you can't tell already I don't like the site. Not only did IE crash but the site isn't worth crap. There's no layout and no real content. I highly recommend the author scraps the site altogether and start anew. Only if this person will take the time to learn some html.

Hmmm, “Cherry Hill Temple.” Errrrrr, Im not liking the looks of this one. The background is tiled hearts (that are upside down) and my visitor number is a grey rectangle. Ok, I find it hard to browse this site as there is this REALLY annoying banner attached to the bottom of the page that says “This Space FOR RENT.”

The first link is transcripts of the 3 SM movies and transcripts up to Episode 159. The next link is the characters. Ooooo god, it’s the dub. The Negaverse is mentioned!!! NOOOO! (hates the dub here) The character bios are more or less ok, its just that the background on some of the profiles make it hard to read.

Oi, after clicking on a few more links, its starting to turn my stomach around. I think I’ll stop here, and rate it a 3/10. There’s a reason why the web address says “internet trash.”

Once again, I am glad for a mute button. Music screamed at me, are you surprised?

However ths sites setup needs some severe help. There are three frames in this site. The top frame seems to be the main frame, but I am wondering what is the point of a frame if it has to scroll horizontally?

There are two bottom frames at the bottom of the page. One that I am not sure what it is, and the other one proclaiming proudly "This Space For Rent". Yes thats it. I always wanted to own a site located on "internettrash.com".... I think I would also like to be a part of "trailertrash.com" as that sounds just about as much fun...

This is an obvious dub site by the name "Cherry Hill Temple" and "sailor scouts". YEA! Lets follow these links to dubby hell.... I mean dubby goodness.

The transcripts are nothing but dub scripts. Nice idea, but done before.

There are some severe errors here. The information is a joke at best, but the names are off. The only person in the dub that I remember having a last name was "Amy", and it wasn't "Mizuno". I HATE HATE HATE when people mix dub information with Japanese information. It not only makes you look like an idiot, but it also is just about as cheesy as you can get.

I am skipping the information as well because the information pages make me go blind and want to fall over vomiting profusely.

Above all of this, did I mention that I am glad for SP2? Otherwise even my old popup blocker would be going through hell.

For the "foreign files" I am a bit disturbed to read this line

Zoisite was recast as a tomboyish woman.

That's odd, I remember in the dub that Zoisite was rather feminine. Where this person pulled this out of their ass, I will never know.

The culture shock page is a load of bullshit. Whereas it has SOME information that is true, this here REALLY pissed me off.

The English written language is essentially composed of 26 letters, 10 digits, and a scattering of punctuation. Taken in perspective, it's a very simple language.

I hate to break it to this person, but English is considered the HARDEST language by the majority of the world. It isn't the hardest, but it in no way is harder then Japanese and frankly this person is spouting a load of shit that stinks as badly as the rest of this site full of misinformation and crap. I now see why it is located at Internet Trash.

I am outta here. This site really need to be scrapped. That is the ONLY good I can say about it. It serves NO purpose to the community other then to start rumors that would have eventually ended up as "fact" on SOS back in the day.
